IN-STORE PICK-UP

For in-store pickup, please come by the store (620 N College Ave. Ste. 103 / Fayetteville, AR 72701) after 3pm if you are picking the item up on the day of your order. If the item is not picked up on the day of your order, the item will be held at the store in your name for 2 weeks.

 

REFUND / RETURN SHIPPING POLICY

In case something does not work out quite right for you, all items for return must be shipped/returned unwashed and unworn with original tags within 14 days of the date received for in-store or online credit only. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. In the event of an exchange, shipping costs for the exchanged item are the responsibility of the customer.

All sale and jewelry items are final.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
